Yes, all Silestial coffee cups are microwave safe. It is highly advised that you remove the lid with metal clip attached prior to microwaving. 

 

Yes, all Silestial silicone coffee cups are dishwasher safe.

 

Like most manufactured goods, the factory smell is unavoidable. However the smell can be removed by washing your cup or following the included boiling instructions in your Silestial cup prior to initial use.

Due to the manufacturing and packaging process, all straw colors are random. We cannot provide you with a different color if requested.

The Silestial Straw & Case includes (1) random colored straw, (1) straw cleaner and the case itself to carry both the straw and cleaner in a compact form.

When sealed properly, Silestial coffee cups will likely not leak even when under high pressure such as squeezing. It is still advised to keep your cups upright with the cup sleeve on to avoid any accidents. Any extreme conditions may still damage the cup. 

 

Yes, you can clip your Silestial straw case to your silestial coffee cup.

Please make sure to have the Silestial coffee cup cap opened prior to expanding or collapsing. In order for the cup to expand or collapse it is necessary for the cap to be opened to allow air pressure in and out of the cup.

Silestial does not accept returns on any opened products under any circumstances due to the nature of our products being used for food consumption. If you would like to make a return please email us at support@silestial.com with your order number and a picture of the sealed product. The product must be shipped back to Silestial in its original seal for inspection prior to issuing any refunds. We cannot accept anything that was opened and unused due to the current pandemic.
